Online Comparison Company targets Manchester’s commuters without an annoying opera singer!

Emerging company are showcasing their new comparison service to commuters using passenger panels on Manchester’s Metrolink service. The tightly targeted campaign has been devised by Transport Media to raise awareness of the new company which generates leads for law firms, and consumers and businesses alike can benefit from the free search facility.

Transport Media - - Metrolink is a new company founded by solicitor Michael Welsh who wanted to create a service which allows consumers and businesses to buy high quality fixed-cost legal services from local solicitors and barristers. CLC has been described as the ‘’ for lawyers, but without the opera singer!

Michael came to Transport Media new to the world of Outdoor Advertising and unsure how to proceed. Transport Media took care of the brief and planned a campaign to target business commuters firstly in London and then Manchester. trialled Outdoor Advertising by running a Tube Car Panel campaign on the London Tube in December, and after receiving fantastic return on investment, they went with the recommendation to advertise on the Manchester Metrolink and promote the service in the North.

Outdoor Advertising provides positive and rewarding results for SME’s in an advertising market dominated by global giants. Within five days of the launch of the Tube Car Panel campaign the company saw a 300% increase in user registrations to the website and increased levels of Law Firms subscribing their details and services.

Outdoor Consultant Maxine Campbell of Transport Media recommended the use of Manchester Metrolink’s passenger panels due to the fantastic opportunity to see. The Metrolink covers 23 miles of the city and passengers make nearly 20 million journeys on the Metrolink every year – that is around 55,000 a day.
