Transport Media Promotes September Courses At East Surrey College

Transport Media have planned an outdoor campaign for East Surrey College, encouraging prospective students to apply for courses starting in September 2013. Advertising to the nearby catchment area spanning south London and Surrey, passenger headliner panels will be present on trams in Croydon from the 20th May and again in August.

Vibrant orange is the background shade of choice for the advert, supporting a vertically placed website address that guides onlookers towards exploring the college further. An assortment of jigsaw shapes are scattered across the space, displaying examples of courses offered by East Surrey College complemented by student photographs. The largest piece of the puzzle contains the text ‘apply for your place today’ along with the college logo and location, with an accompanying tag that repeats the web address and also states ‘full time courses starting September 2013’.

Located in the Surrey town of Redhill on the border of Greater London, East Surrey College offers further and higher education and training for those over the age of 16, also providing 14-16 year olds at local schools the chance to enrol on vocational diploma courses. The college even offers holistic and beauty treatments to the public through training students at the Escape Salon & Spa.

With an extensive portfolio of outdoor media campaigns, Out of Home International are fully able to guide East Surrey College through their marketing brief. The passenger headliner panel format offers a longer dwell time, ensuring that the advert is effectively planted amongst the public. With access to both parents and potential students across a geographically relevant area, advertising on public transport offers high-frequency coverage for East Surrey College.
