Nationwide caravan holiday provider, Park Resorts, has appointed Transport Media to promote their Cayton Bay Holiday Park in the North Yorkshire coastal town of Scarborough.
From the 19th August, a bus rear advertising campaign will launch across vehicles based in Scarborough, encouraging local residents and visiting tourists to become caravan owners.
The Cayton Bay Holiday Park name will enjoy long distance coverage, thanks to its presentation in bright yellow accentuated by a darker shadow. A blue backdrop is used to display photographic images of the Holiday Park, including pricing information for potential owners. The Park Resorts logo and an approval stamp from the National Caravan Council support the artwork, alongside a telephone number and postcode.
Established since 2001, Park Resorts manage 39 parks across the UK coastline, offering caravan, chalet and camping holidays. Cayton Bay Holiday Park offers a mixture of caravan and camping accommodation options, graded from Bronze to Platinum, and offers on-site daytime and evening entertainment, a collection of restaurants and cafes, and a supermarket.
The industry experience available from Transport Media enables Park Resorts to fulfil their objective of a geographically refined campaign, thus eliminating advertising wastage by ensuring that the artwork is concentrated only on relevant audiences. The bus rear format is an effective method of achieving public coverage, providing access to both pedestrians and road users, and with added dwell time during periods of traffic congestion.
